I purchased 2 head bands on aug 10th 2018 for my daughter I also purchased a Funny Boxer dog don’t mess with me i have a great mom a crazy dog lady shirt sweater set of 3 chockers my daughter wanted on aug 9th 2018 this stuff was purchased for when she started school this year she only wanted one of the chockers but they didnt sell it seperatly so I purchased the 3 pack for her she wore the one chocker she wanted one time and it broke she wore the cat ears headband to school one time the headband is wrapped in a string she came home from school with the headbands string coming off of it this should not happen after one use for any item I am wanting to return these items I have the original reciept for both items I went to the store with the items and the reciepts and was told by the manager that they can not return these items even though I had the reciepts and it was within 45 days of purchase for both items because when they sold the items to me they were in good shape a defualty item happens it looks good but when the customer gets the item home it then shows the issues the issue here being that whatever they used to keep the string on wasnt enough or they missed putting something on to hold the string on more and thr chocker the clasp came off so whatever they used to keep that on wasnt on enough it happens but this isnt my fault and since I have the reciept and I am within the 45 days I just want my money back and they take the items back the store wont help and I tried coorportar and it directs you to customer service when customer service answered I asked if thry can help me with a store purchase and they said yes I told her what happened and then she said I cant help you she said the store needs to help you I said they wont she said sorry I asled for anoyher coorporate number and she said we cant give put that information she said you have to find out that information yourself I have never heard if a company that cant give out a coorporate number this company seems to be hiding because I called the store also and they told me they can only give me he customer service number seems odd that they can only give me a number to someone that cant help and the store wont help so who do I contact I guess I am left with calling my local news stations and news papers since the store and customer service dont want to help and the company wants to hide I am guessing they know their items are defaulty and cheap and this is an issue and so that is why the coorporate number cant be given out so they can hide from dealing with these issues I will be postong to facebook also and contacting local news tv stations and news papers guess this is also why alot of these stores are starting to close people dont realize the customers are what keep your stores in bussiness and when you do this stuff enough people will stop shopping at your stores which means you will start closing stores and eventually go out if business you are already closong stores and based on your reviews guessing going out of business isnt that far from happening this is a good reason why you are loosing customers because of things like this and Received my order in a box labeled for something else was supposed to be all size 6 diapers and we got size 3 overnights all the wipes were dirty and scratched up diaper packages looked like something spilled on them and were partly torn open unacceptable when i’m looking for clean items for my babies didn’t even come with a packing slip. Hello unicorns I really wanted to make a post about vizicsacsi and hylissang leaving after working together closely for 3 years and about xerxe who I worked with since the past year to start out our ex rookie xerxe I think he had an immense growth in the short amount of time and proved himself to be a great player winning even rookie of the split despite his young age he displayed a great mindset and I thoroughly enjoyed the time together I wish him best of luck in splyce and can’t wait to see how he will perform the coming months vizicsacsi and hylissang it really brings tears to my eyes reminiscing how we began and how far we have come I am extremely proud of what we achieved and fond of the memories we made winning our first tournament where we first met in insomnia 51 over and over scavenging for food and exploring areas together getting into lcs with vizipoppy and hylithresh winning against tsm in iem san jose playing cassiopeia yorick go rek dem csacsi and so much more it’s been truly an unforgettable time and I will cherish the memories going forward laughing about them as I meet them every week in lcs after smacking their butts or get smacked thank you to both that I could learn so much from them and they are a huge reason that I am who I am now I wish both of them best of luck in schalke04 and fnatic as for uol I have no worries but lets leave that for another post for all our fans out there make sure to follow us since 2018 builds up to be even more exciting and interesting than any of the years before stay magical sheepy
