A week ago I spent 107 on clothes online only to find out yesterday while shopping they are discounted even more I wrote in to customer service expecting a refund only to be told you only refund full price items any other store would refund the difference is the less then 20 worth losing a customer I will simply return it all and shop elsewhere. People on planes due to fly into heathrow say they haven’t been able to take off because the airport is closed ️
